Preparing a clear wholesale apparel brief

Start with the wearer and the purpose of the garment. A corporate uniform, everyday T-shirt and activewear top each need a different balance of appearance, comfort and durability.

Provide a reference image or technical pack, then list your required quantity by style, colour and size. Include measurements, branding placements and packing requirements wherever possible.

Fabric information helps the team evaluate options. Specify the composition, construction, weight and finish you need, or describe the intended wearing experience if you need sourcing guidance.

Finally, share your destination and target delivery date. Review the quotation, sample approval process and delivery arrangements together before confirming production.
